The institution has secured NAAC Accreditation Grade “B” 2.39 CGPA valid from 02/11/2018. The institution has stood in the rank third of its merit in the Marathwada region.

It is aptly named as Shivchhatrapati College. It imparts education in the Junior, Senior & Post Graduate Sections. Now it has become full-fledged Art, Commerce and Science faculties.

The establishment of Marathwada Shikshan Prasarak Mandal during 1958, is the result of visionary power of the great educationists and social workers, Late. Shri.Vinayakrao Patil and Late. Shri.Dadasaheb Sawant.

The Mandal now runs 14-degree colleges, 2 Law colleges and one Pharmacy college, 2 Polytechnic colleges, 2 Engineering colleges,1 B.Ed. college besides about 56 High Schools, 37 Junior colleges, 13 Primary schools, 6 English schools in the region and provides value based education to the students.
